Policies 

Late Arrival Policy

Plan to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the intake form. We are a soothing environment and the time you schedule is for your exclusive use.

All appointments begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If
the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly, and you will be still be required to pay full price. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may require that the appointment be rescheduled, and it will be considered a cancellation. In special cases, and when our schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be at our discretion and only with advanced notification of late arrival.​​​

Cancellation & No Show Policy

​When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are often unable to fill the vacancy. This causes substantial financial impact on the business. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling within less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. A no show will result in payment of 100% of the scheduled services.

Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver exceptional service and results. If you are unsatisfied with your appointment at Bare & Beautiful, let us know at hello@bareandbeautifulmedspa.com. Due to the nature of our treatments and the time reserved exclusively for each client, we have established the following refund policy:

 

Services
All services are non-refundable.
We take time to consult with each client prior to their treatment to ensure the chosen service is appropriate for their goals and skin type. Results may vary by individual, and while we aim for the best possible outcome, we cannot guarantee specific results.

Packages & Memberships
Packages and memberships are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person or exchanged for other services of equal value, if requested within 30 days of purchase.

If any sessions in the series have been used, the remaining balance will be prorated.

Products
Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Opened or used products are non-refundable, unless there is a documented allergic reaction. In such cases, a credit may be issued upon review.​

​

Gift Cards

Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Gift cards can be used for services or products.
